ABOUT THE GALA
The Justice and the Law Society would like to invite you to our flagship event, the Annual Fundraising Gala 2019.
After the huge success of last year’s Gala, which raised over $6,000 for the LGBTI Legal Service, JATL is pleased to announce that our fifth Annual Gala will raise funds for the Mental Health Law Practice. The Mental Health Law Practice (LawRight), is a Brisbane not-for-profit community legal centre which assists and advocates for vulnerable clients suffering from mental illnesses.
Guests at the Gala will enjoy drinks and canapés overlooking the stunning city view from the Mt Coot-tha Summit Restaurant. Further, we are delighted to have the Honourable Chief Justice Holmes deliver the keynote address.
The night will conclude with a raffle drawn to give away a variety of amazing prizes.
The Gala is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a busy week, so please come along and help us raise much-needed funds for a great cause! And, if you cannot attend the event, donations are greatly appreciated and can be made at the link below.
